We understand that plans sometimes change. To ensure you know exactly where you stand, here is an overview of our cancellation policy.

Free cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. In this case, you will receive a full refund of any payments already made.

No refunds

No refunds are possible for cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or for no-shows. This also applies to early departures during the booked period.

Change instead of cancellation

Would you prefer to postpone your stay rather than cancel it? Please contact us – subject to availability, we can offer you a free rebooking to a different period.

Exceptional circumstances

In cases of demonstrably exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, death in the immediate family), we will explore individual solutions. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

Cancellation by Lumaro

In rare cases, we may have to cancel a booking for an important reason (e.g., technical defect, force majeure). In this case, you will of course receive a full refund.
