House rules

For a relaxing stay—for you and everyone who comes after you.

These house rules apply to all listings and accommodations:

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 15:00–00:00

Check-out: no later than 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement, for a fee, and subject to availability. If you check out late, you are liable for any resulting costs, for example if this causes a subsequent booking to be lost.

2. CHECK-IN FORM & ID

Please complete the check-in form before arrival and send us copies of the identity cards or passports for all travelers. Unfortunately, access to the accommodation is not possible without these documents.

3. BOOKINGS IN YOUR CITY OF RESIDENCE

Bookings by guests who live in the same city are not permitted. If you would still like to stay in your city of residence, please contact us in advance. Otherwise, we may cancel your booking.

4. NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS

Parties and loud music are not allowed—including on the balcony, terrace, or in the hallway.

Quiet hours: Mon–Fri 22:00–07:00, Sat/Sun and public holidays 22:00–08:00.

Noise sensors may be installed in the accommodation. They measure sound levels (decibels) only—no audio, image, or video recordings are made.

5. NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. A flat fee of €500 applies in case of violation; any additional costs for specialist cleaning or repairs will be charged separately.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Only the number of guests stated in your booking may stay overnight. We charge €50 per night for each undeclared guest.

7. PETS

Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €150 applies in case of violation; any additional costs will be charged separately. Assistance dogs are welcome—please let us know in advance.

8. KEYS & ACCESS DEVICES

If a key, key card, remote control, or parking permit is lost, we charge €50 per item. If this requires a lock cylinder or locking system to be replaced, we charge €200; any additional costs will be charged separately.

9. DAMAGES

Please report any damage immediately, and no later than check-out. You are liable for any damage you cause; normal wear and tear is of course excluded.

10. DEPARTURE

Please leave the accommodation broom-clean: wash the dishes, put rubbish in the bin, and clean up any heavy soiling. Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors (e.g. deep-frying or frying fish). An additional €100 fee applies for excessive soiling.

11. PHOTO/VIDEO & ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

Commercial photo or video shoots are permitted only with our prior written consent. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Important: The fees listed above are in addition to the standard final cleaning fee. Serious violations (e.g. parties, smoking, or exceeding the occupancy limit) may result in your stay being terminated immediately. Our Terms and Conditions apply.
